Jennifer Aniston tries to do yoga for two hours every other day, says that it quiets her mind and leans her out, according to reports. Forty year old Aniston, who has one of the most desirable bodies in the industry, says that with yoga her legs got leaner, arms got strong, limbs lengthened, posture improved.
